Recruitment of Service Technician

YOUR MISSIONS:

• Install, maintain, service and/or repair equipment in accordance with customer commitments;
• Diagnose possible malfunctions and define appropriate palliative solutions;
• Provide strong support and expertise to customers and installers of our solutions;
• If necessary, identify potential additional sales (spare parts, maintenance contracts, etc.) in agreement with the sales teams;
• Manage the after-sales service process by implementing missions and action plans in order to achieve the objectives defined jointly with the line manager;
• Produce spare parts.

SKILLS AND SALARY

• Electrical technician
• Good command of English
• Reading of complex mechanical, electrical and pneumatic sub-assembly drawings
• Dashboard management
• Implementation of corrective and preventive action plans
• Pneumatic knowledge
• Litigation management

SALARY: from 32 K € per year, other benefits (profit-sharing, bonus, meal ticket.)
