JIB CRANES AND OVERHEAD CRANES

Manut-LM designs jib cranes, overhead cranes or monorails to support manipulators for lifting and moving heavy loads. Depending on the work environment, the surface to be covered and the load to be lifted, the solution adopted may change.

The jibs manufactured by Manut-LM allow to cover a perimeter limited to the radius of the arm (max 6m) up to 280°. They are nevertheless very practical for confined spaces or in buildings whose structure cannot support an overhead crane. A lifting jib can be presented in several forms: Kit jib, Simple Triangulated jib, Inverted jib (hung on the ceiling), Satellite jib (with an elbow in the middle of the arm) or Double jib (with two arms to install two manipulators).

The cranes are adapted to your building and the existing structure of your frame. They are therefore custom made for your requests. Overhead cranes are more constraining in terms of installation infrastructure but can cover very large areas: warehouses, production sites, workshops…
