Productivity: Repetitive hand lifting or heavy lifting decreases operator productivity throughout the day. The Manut-LM solutions, thanks to their fluidity and ergonomics, make it possible to maintain or increase the productivity of workstations. No more effort is required with a Manut-LM manipulator.
Health: The elimination of the weight to be lifted by the operators thanks to a Manut-LM lifting device has a direct impact on the health of the employees. Handling heavy and/or bulky loads can cause pain and excessive fatigue. When these handling operations become repetitive, they can also lead to MSDs (musculoskeletal disorders) which cause sick leave.
Safety: The lifting of heavy loads can be a source of accidents in case of involuntary release. This problem is even more present when the loads are large. Manut-LM tools are equipped with safety devices to protect the operator from any accidental release. It is impossible to deposit the loads without a voluntary action of the operator. These features help to eliminate work-related accidents at high-risk workstations.
Autonomy: With the ability to lift up to 300 kg effortlessly, ergonomically and with great fluidity, operators become autonomous in handling their loads. The manipulations that used to require up to 6 people become the easiest.
