Manut-LM designs a handling tool for Covid 19 vaccine cartons

As part of the production of BioNTech-Pfizer vaccines at the Delpharm site in Tours, Manut-LM was asked to design and manufacture a tool for gripping cartons filled with vaccines.

The challenge was as much about the speed required to keep production flowing as it was about the flexibility of handling to avoid damage to the doses.

Our Research Department has therefore worked to design the ideal tool adapted to the handling of vaccine cartons up to 45 kg!
