The position
Reporting to the Sales Manager, your ambition will be to develop market share and new customer segments in your geographical area.
Commercial in the soul, you master the wheels of sales in B to B (field prospecting, organization of weekly rounds, negotiation and conclusion of the sale).
You will ensure the marketing of our product ranges and solutions via development and prescription actions with a diversified clientele. You intervene and negotiate with different types of interlocutors (company managers, maintenance or methods managers… but also CHSCT, occupational medicine…).
Customer satisfaction oriented, your listening and analysis skills allow you to understand your customers’ needs in order to provide technical, human and financial solutions.
You will be responsible for preparing bids, monitoring projects in close collaboration with the Design Office and Production, with rigor, until the conclusion of the files and the installation of our equipment.
An excellent communicator, you build trust based on your commitment and the company’s strengths – product range, service, quality.
You will become a key player in your area, particularly through demonstrations of our products and systems at our customers’ sites, thus demonstrating all the qualities and advantages of our solutions.
You have at least 2 years of commercial experience in the sale of products and/or solutions in a B to B context and a strong technical awareness to promote our product ranges.
A training session on your arrival will allow you to be well equipped to start your mission.
Experienced in monitoring sales performance indicators, you have a results-oriented culture and know how to ensure regular reporting to your management in a transparent and efficient manner.
