In the carpentry industry in particular, the need to handle wood panels is a daily occurrence. These loads are by definition heavy and bulky, making handling slow and dangerous for operators.

Panel tilter

In production lines, panels can be stored on the edge to optimize storage, but must be laid flat on the cutting machines.
This handling can cause MSD (musculoskeletal disorders) if it is repeated, or if the weight is too heavy. This is why Manut-LM has developed Lifting Tube Handling Solutions to meet these requirements: MASTER Plus with Tilter Option.

Handling of panels at height

In cutting and production shops, stacking raw materials or finished products can make handling heavy loads complicated. In the case of lifting panels at height, Manut-LM knows how to design and manufacture solutions that adapt to your constraints.
The MASTER Plus control handles can be extended and articulated (optionally) to achieve the required heights. Operators then only have to operate the handle to grasp loads on the ground and deposit them at height (or vice versa).
This solution addresses workstation ergonomics issues while improving operator productivity.
