This operation is restrictive on several levels: need for several people, arduousness of lifting, risk at the time of tilting and removal.
The MASTER Plus control handle can be equipped with a Load Tilter option that allows a single operator to grasp, lift, tilt and drop bulky panels up to 180kg. A pneumatic cylinder, controlled with ease by the operator, allows the tilt of the load to be managed. This solution is ideal for supplying power saws or production apparatus.
The advantage of Master Plus tilter option is to bring fluidity in the lifting and moving of panels. The productivity gain for operators is significant.
MASTER Plus also guarantees a total elimination of the arduousness of work by removing the factors that cause MSDs (musculoskeletal disorders)
