The power required is 3 or 4kW.

In most cases, our devices do not require compressed air. However, this may be necessary in the following 2 cases, namely: for equipment with tilting and/or pneumatic clamping and for equipment equipped with a venturi to replace the suction unit. Nevertheless, in the case of an appliance equipped with a venturi, air consumption is very high and it is preferable to opt for a motorized system.

Our lifting tube manipulators can reach a maximum load capacity of 300 kg. Our vacuum lifting devices can lift up to 40 tons. Please consult us.

No, not always. We can propose you gripping systems by mechanical or pneumatic gripper, fork, hook, etc.

Yes, we have an integrated design department that allows us to develop customized solutions.

Most of the systems are stationary but we can offer either solutions that can be moved by forklifts or that can be installed directly on a stacker/transpallet/forklift.

Yes, our device is subjected like any handling system to a control referring to the decree of March 1st, 2004 with :

• a validation by an approved organization of the commissioning or recommissioning.
• a regulatory periodic inspection.

Yes, however, the operator using the device must know the operating mode of the device as specified in articles R4323-55 and R4323-56 of the Labor Code.

The warranty is 12 months, parts and labor except wear parts, for a use of 8H/day, 6/7 days.

Yes, we can offer you the service of assembly either by us or by an approved assembler of our network. Moreover, we can offer you a turnkey solution including installation, commissioning and control by an approved body.

Yes, we can offer periodic inspection contracts or troubleshooting.
