Installation of your turnkey solution

Manut-LM’s custom-designed products are global solutions that can cover very large areas in the case of overhead cranes, but also extremely confined areas in the case of small satellite cranes.

The fitter puts the device into operation in order to check that the solution is working properly: correct load pick-up, correct pick-up and set-down heights and smooth movement of the manipulator.

Certification of your solution

Manut-LM lifting tube handling solutions fall into the category of lifting devices and must be verified by an independent organization to ensure the conformity of an installation. Lifting devices are subject to the EN14238 standard.
In order to simplify the steps of the customers, Manut-LM can manage the contracting of the control service directly with the APAVE. Manut-LM is therefore the only interlocutor of the customer who obtains a turnkey solution with complete peace of mind.

Operator training

Good ergonomic practices can often be overlooked by operators even with a tube lift manipulator. Unnatural gestures and postures can lead to MSDs (musculoskeletal disorders).

Training in the handling of the Manut-LM solution can be provided free of charge to future users of the product to ensure proper use of the solution and to eliminate the risk of handling-related injuries.
